Every lecture room is equipped with a data projector coupled with a PC (and a possibility to attach a notebook) and an optical overhead projector (for transparencies).

For presentation of Springer LNCS papers 30 minutes are assumed to consist of 25 minutes of the lecture and 5 minutes of the discussion.

The presentation of communication and student research forum papers will be short announcement (approx. 5 minutes), without discussion and with some 2 more minutes for exchange of speakers. Please prepare 2-3 slides (in PowerPoint, PDF or PostScript) containing the most important message to audience (there will be probably no time for installing and/or starting some other forms of presentation). Student research forum speakers are supposed to prepare poster up to size A1 as well.
